2.5 Hour-Native Plant Plug Propagation Workshop

  • Cincinnati State 3520 Central Pkwy Cincinnati, OH, 45223 United States (map)

Pioneer Landscapes is offering the essentials needed for people to be able to grow their own native plants from seed, costing themselves just 25 cents in materials per 10" plug. In this forestry style growing system, native herbaceous perennials, shrubs and trees as well as any other desired plant material excluding annuals, can be grown from seed, price and space effectively at high quality. Outside of the propagation materials guidance and methods, we'd like to offer insight into pollinator ecology, horticultural use of uncultivated native plants, and hold a question and answer session amounting to a 2.5 hour workshop with a 15 minute break.

Everyone can see this link for the full lesson plan.
